Meanwhile in Israel, Rice's terrorist wishlist, which I wrote about on Wednesday, has borne ripe fruit and also much as predicted, when the roadblocks were lifted, the terrorism promptly followed. Via WND.
The removal of a series of Israeli anti-terror roadblocks yesterday was overseen directly by the U.S. and was carried out under heavy pressure from Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, defense officials in Jerusalem told WND. The removals also may have enabled an attempted terrorist attack against two Jewish civilians. The foiled attack yesterday, in the northern West Bank, was carried out just hours after Israel began lifting the roadblocks and was in an area where a major roadblock had been removed.
In yesterday's incident, an Israeli man shot and killed a Palestinian armed with a knife after he approached the Israeli and a teenager at a popular hitchhiking stop between the West Bank Jewish communities of Shiloh and Eli, about 20 miles from Jerusalem.
Senior leaders of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades terror group, the so-called military wing of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah organization, told WND the attacker, a Palestinian from Hebron, worked on behalf of their organization. They said the foiled attack was not an attempted stabbing but part of a planned kidnapping operation that included a car waiting nearby. Yesterday's attempted attack came just hours after Israel began removing a series of anti-terror roadblocks throughout the West Bank in line with Israeli gestures toward Abbas.
There is nothing surprising about this state of affairs, because this has been a part of a repeated pattern, every time Israel was pressured into relaxing restrictions, terrorism followed. And each time nothing has been learned from the proceeding time this was done.Time and time again, roadblocks are dismantled, terrorists are released and attacks follow and the PA leaderships shrugs its shoulders and whispers to the Americans that they can't control their followers because of Israel pressure -- and the only solution, wait for it, is for Israel to relax more restrictions, free more terrorists and let more weapons in.
Eventually Israel can't take it anymore, cracks down and is condemned by the world for it. Rinse, wash and repeat as Puppeteerism in Israel has become a bigger problem than terrorism.
Meanwhile over at IsraPundit, Ted Belman and Bill Levinson have been doing a stunning job of covering the Obama campaign's real nature and assembling numerous stories. Just to list a few here.
Barack Obama’s campaign has been one of expediency as opposed to principles, values, or ethics. Obama accepts and even solicits endorsements from racists, Catholic-hating bigots, anti-Semites, 9/11 conspiracy theorists, and terrorist sympathizers unless and until a scandal forces him into damage control mode. Then, and only then, will he attempt to distance himself from loathsome bigots and hate mongers who promote the vilest imaginable ideologies. The blogs at my.barackobama.com, Obama’s official campaign site over which he exercises complete editorial control, is entirely consistent with the following behavior:
We will now show that the content of Web logs that are under Obama’s editorial control are entirely consistent with his willful association with racists, anti-Semites, Catholic-hating bigots, 9/11 conspiracists, and entities that deny the right of Israel to exist.
Before we proceed, however, it is important to underscore the following:
(1) my.barackobama.com is not an open social networking site like MySpace or Facebook. It is part of the official campaign site of Barack Obama, it is under his editorial control, and its purpose is to aid his election.
(2) Most of the bloggers cited below have been on the site for a long time, and their impressive point scores (a measurement of their involvement in Obama’s campaign) shows that they are not fly by night operators, agents provacateur, or Clintonites/Republicans who dropped in to slime Obama’s site with outragous hate speech.
(3) It has been argued that Obama’s moderators cannot monitor thousands of postings for hate speech. First, each page at my.barackobama.com has a link to report objectionable material. Either these links have not been used, or Obama’s moderators do not find the material objectionable. Neither of these explanations is complimentary to Barack Obama.
Second, we had no trouble finding the hate speech, and we are not even being paid to look for it.

It sure puts the phony outrage over Ferraro into perspective.

The Pfleger story meanwhile continues to be big news, which I first covered back in the middle of March. It has yet to fully hit the mainstream media, though Fox News did run the clip of Pfleger's defense of Wright.
Foremost reasons not to vote for Barack Hussein Obama:
Hanoi Jane Fonda ...self important hollyweird type who gave aid and comfort to the Viet Cong who were holding many of our dear boys prisoner is vicious torture camps (UN and others never complained about that though). To this day many have never returned home. Fonda's interference cost the lives of hundreds of Americans and South Vietnamese.
Meanwhile at Case Western University the downward spiral continues and is something pro-israel activists should be aware of.
And yet, in this past week, our institution has sunk to a new low. Palestine Awareness Week, the hallmark event of Israel hatred, was announced as coming to Case. In just a couple of weeks, we can expect an onslaught of the most vile and pernicious lies ever uttered about Israel, carefully concealed anti-Semitism, and the legitimization of terrorism. In short, by hosting this event, Case Western Reserve University has joined an elite circle of campuses most hostile to Jewish students. Were the administration willing to decry such practices, it would be less alarming. But just days ago, I spoke with President Snyder, who expressed no willingness to condemn the hateful campaign waged against Israel that has made campus hostile to Jewish students. And, even the university newspaper has caved to pressure, cutting my column in response to complaints I made about campus anti-Semitism.
And so ends another week at Sultan Knish.
